Its in your library now because you own the season pass, so when the DLC update for extinction goes live you will automatically download the dlc content. Same for pre-ordered games, it shows in library, but you can't install it until they allow you to.

Well, I modded the config files, ran it in DX10 mode with Shader Model 4 enabled, one trade-off with that is not being able to see at night, but turning my screen brightness up solves that issue.
